Educated at renowned Swedish university of arts and design - Konstfack - with a
starting point in painting, coloring and set design, Evelina explores the border
between art and its message. With her characteristic tape technique she creates
a striking balance between a strict graphic 'expression and eclectic aesthetics
that that references traditional female craftsmanship.

The inspiration behind the collection comes from the slow breakfasts Evelina has experienced over the years with family and friends. The rugs “Sunny Side Up”, “Plum Punch” and “Korean Chives” combine a lively color palette with the natural color scheme of jute and adds a touch of playfulness without compromising the classical expression.

The name of the collection “Late Breakfast” aims to remind us of that warm feeling that happens when we can gather around the breakfast table with loved ones, aimlessly enjoying long, slow conversations and lots of coffee. When time is allowed to pass and the sun shines weakly through the window.
