How long we will store your data
- We will not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes that we are storing the data.

You provide LAYERED AB, a Swedish company under registration number 556618-2944 (hereinafter "LAYERED"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in LAYERED' sole discretion and without any obligations to you, to use your pictures in their marketing and / or advertising, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos. KÖPVILLKOR
Vid ett köp på Layereds hemsida godkänner man också Layereds allmänna villkor. I och med godkännandet av våra allmänna villkor förbinder sig kunden till villkoren i sin helhet, samt att denne tagit del av all förenlig information och samtycker till hanteringen av personuppgifter och cookies i enlighet med Layereds policy.
Avtal om köp ingås i samband med att Layered bekräftar beställningen genom att skicka en orderbekräftelse via mail. Orderbekräftelsen skickas till den e-postadress som kunden angivit direkt vid ordertillfället. Orderbekräftelsen bör sparas för eventuella kontakter med Layered kundservice eller liknande.
Layered reserverar sig för prisändringar, slutförsäljning och eventuella faktafel som kan finnas på vår sida eller i våra annonser. Med faktafel menas exempelvis, men ej uteslutande, eventuella prisfel, produktbeskrivningar och felaktiga lagersaldon. När du lägger en beställning skickas en orderbekräftelse till dig via e-post. Om du som kund inte kan ta emot din beställda vara vid överenskommen tidpunkt debiteras du för ny fraktkostnad alternativ returkostnad om du har ångrat ditt köp.
Alla våra produkter kommer monterade så var därför noga med att mäta så att möbeln går igenom dörrposter och trappor. Layered reserverar sig för eventuella tilläggskostnader om produkten inte kan bäras in med standardinbärning.
Layered förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst ändra Allmänna villkor, priser, sortiment, beskrivningar eller bilder på hemsidan.
Från leveransdagen gäller tre (3) års reklamationsrätt enligt konsumentköplagen. Garantin täcker endast ursprungliga fabrikationsfel och ej fel som orsakats av kund eller av annan orsak som Layered ej ansvarar för. För bruksslitage gäller 2 års garanti.
Följande paragraf tillämpar sig till våra återförsäljare samt handelskunder. Samtidigt som vi försöker hålla priserna låga, förbehåller vi oss rätten att ändra priserna utan att meddela. Om inte annat avtalats är varans pris exklusive moms, försäkring, transport och eventuella importtullar / skatter som ska betalas vid leverans till en internationell leveransdestination. Layered ger lägsta rekommenderade detaljhandelspriser för alla sina produkter och måste följas strikt.
För rättsförhållanden mellan Kunden och Layered skall svensk lag tillämpas. Layered förbinder sig att följa eventuella rekommendationer från Allmänna reklamationsnämnden. Köpare inom Europeiska Unionen kan använda EU-kommissionens plattform för medling i tvister, se ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Lämnas ett klagomål via denna plattform, vidarebefordras ärendet till rätt nationellt ansvarigt tvistlösningsorgan, som försöker lösa tvisten utan inblandning av domstol.
FORCE MAJEURE
Layered skall inte hållas ansvarig för brott mot de villkor som orsakats av omständigheter utanför vår kontroll, inklusive, men inte begränsat till, explosioner, brand, blixtnedslag, hårt väder, krig, översvämning eller arbetskonflikt (oavsett om det omfattar våra anställda eller inte).

Samtliga personuppgifter som vi erhåller från dig kommer Layered att ta ansvar för. Medlemskap i Layereds kundklubb är kostnadsfritt och icke bindande, och det är möjligt att avbryta prenumerationen när som helst.
